It’s 6:40am — the pixel fired, the Conversions API confirmed it, and your account already knows which creative to scale.

Everything Convolt runs lives on three channels and one discipline: honest measurement first, then creative tested in cells, then budget paced to a target CAC. Below is the full scope — what we touch, what it costs, and what you can add on.

01  The three channels we run in-house

No subcontracting, no white-label desks. Each platform is run by the same people who read your numbers. Spend is paid straight to the platform — never marked up.

Google Ads

Search, Shopping & Performance Max

Intent capture done with a scalpel — tight match-type discipline, negative-keyword hygiene, feed-level control on Shopping, and PMax asset groups split so you can actually read what’s working. Smart Bidding is given clean conversion signal, not a guess.

  • Search + Shopping
  • PMax asset groups
  • tROAS / tCPA bidding
  • Feed optimization
  • Negative hygiene
$2,200 / mo, single-channel Scope Google
Meta — Facebook & Instagram

Advantage+ & structured prospecting

Consolidated campaign structure, broad targeting fed by strong creative, and a retargeting layer that doesn’t double-count. We run the creative lab here hardest — hooks and angles in three-variant cells, winners promoted every two weeks, losers cut without sentiment.

  • Advantage+ Shopping
  • 3-variant cells
  • UGC + static
  • CAPI deduplication
  • Retargeting layer

TikTok

Spark Ads & native-first creative

The platform punishes anything that looks like an ad, so we build for the feed — hook in the first 1.5 seconds, native edits, and Spark Ads off whitelisted creator posts. Events API wired server-side so conversions still report when the in-app pixel drops them.

  • Spark Ads
  • Creator whitelisting
  • Native edits
  • Events API
  • Hook testing
$2,200 / mo, single-channel Scope TikTok

Running two channels together is $3,850/mo; all three plus a dedicated creative pipeline is $6,400/mo. Spend tiers and overlap are scoped per account — see the full engagement breakdown →

02  Inside every retainer

The same operating layer runs under every channel — this is what the monthly fee actually buys.

01

Server-side tracking

GA4 and each platform’s Conversions / Events API wired together and deduplicated, so an iOS tap still reports. Rebuilt at kickoff, not bolted on later.

02

Creative lab

Hooks, formats, and angles briefed and shipped in controlled three-variant cells. Winners promoted, losers cut — a fresh batch every two weeks.

03

CPA-paced budgets

Daily pacing against a target cost-per-acquisition, not a flat monthly cap. Bids tuned to the number that pays for the ads.

04

Durable UTM taxonomy

A naming schema that survives attribution gaps and reconciles platform numbers back to revenue inside your CRM.

05

Incrementality reads

Geo and holdout tests before we pour spend into a scaling channel — so growth is real, not just better-attributed.

06

Fortnightly review

A recorded Loom walkthrough of the account every two weeks and a live shared dashboard — no slideware, no vanity charts.

How a cell gets read

Every two weeks, the account tells us what to cut

  • Three creative variants ship into a controlled cell against one hypothesis — one hook, one audience, one measurement.
  • We read at statistical weight, not vibes — the winner scales, the losers are archived, the next hypothesis is briefed.
  • You watch it happen on the live dashboard and in the recorded review — nothing is hidden behind a monthly PDF.
03 — Standalone & à-la-carte

Project work, no retainer required

Not ready for monthly management, or need a specific piece fixed? These run as fixed-scope projects. The teardown fee is credited back against your first month if you engage within 30 days.

Fixed-scope engagements
01
Account Teardown
A full audit of structure, bidding, audiences, and tracking integrity — waste quantified, with the three fixes that move CAC first. Delivered as a recorded walkthrough plus a one-page priority stack.
$950
02
Measurement Rebuild
Server-side events, deduplicated conversions, GA4, and a durable UTM taxonomy wired and QA’d end-to-end. Includes CRM reconciliation so platform numbers tie back to revenue.
$2,400
03
New-Channel Launch
A single platform built from zero — account structure, pixel/API setup, first creative batch, and launch into a live test. Hand-off documented so your team can run it, or roll it into a retainer.
$3,100
04
Creative Sprint
One intensive batch — hook research, scripting, and a set of static + UGC-style edits shipped into three-variant cells, with a read on what won at the end. Runs over two weeks.
$1,850
05
Incrementality Study
A structured geo or holdout experiment on a channel you’re already running, to answer the honest question: is this spend actually incremental, or just well-attributed?
$2,600

The questions we get on the first call

Straight answers. If a project isn’t right for you, we’ll say so.

01 Do you mark up our ad spend?

No. Spend is paid directly to Google, Meta, and TikTok from your own accounts. Our fee is the management retainer or project fee only — you can reconcile every dollar of media against the platform invoices yourself.

02 What’s the minimum spend to work with you?

Management makes sense from roughly $20k/month in media and up. Below that, the math rarely justifies a retainer — a one-off Account Teardown or Creative Sprint is usually the better buy, and we’ll point you there.

03 How long until something is live?

Fourteen days from kickoff to the first live test. The first week is the measurement rebuild and teardown; the second is the first creative batch and launch. We don’t scale anything until the tracking underneath it is clean.

04 Am I locked into a contract?

There’s a 90-day runway so the measurement rebuild and first few test cycles have room to work. After that it’s month-to-month — the account has to earn the next invoice.

05 Who actually runs my account day-to-day?

The same operators who write your briefs and read your numbers. We keep the roster short on purpose and don’t subcontract to a white-label desk — the person on your fortnightly review is the person in the account.

06 Do you build the creative, or do we?

Both models work. Single and cross-channel retainers brief and test creative; the Full-Funnel engagement and Creative Sprints include a dedicated production pipeline for static and UGC-style edits. If you have an in-house studio, we’ll brief and test against it.
